2. Payment Terms

  • Mushahid SMM operates on a monthly subscription model. Prices for services are displayed on the service page of the Website.
  • Payment is due monthly and is processed automatically for the next month’s subscription unless canceled by the client.
  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds will only be issued if cancellation occurs within two days (48 hours) of the subscription renewal date.
  • Payment methods accepted include PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.

3. Data Privacy

  • Mushahid SMM respects the privacy of its clients and handles client data securely.
  • Client data required for login purposes is stored on the Website servers and is protected.
  • Mushahid SMM does not store additional client data beyond what is necessary for providing the services.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Clients can communicate any disputes or issues to Mushahid SMM via email at info@mushahidsmm.com or through WhatsApp at +447438494550 Mushahid SMM will work directly with clients to resolve any conflicts.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content created by Mushahid SMM for clients remains the property of the client.
  • Clients may use and share the content created for them by Mushahid SMM as they see fit

6. Termination of Services

  • Clients may terminate their services with Mushahid SMM at any time by canceling their subscription.
  • Mushahid SMM reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate these Terms or engage in any conduct deemed detrimental to Mushahid SMM.

7. Modification of Terms

  • Mushahid SMM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
  • By using the services provided by Mushahid SMM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any modifications thereto.
